• Sole repairs: Stitch-down and cemented replacements.

• Heel lifts: Matched rubber and leather stacks.

Zipper fixes: Boot and bag zips with colour-matched tapes. Leather conditioning: Clean and nourish for bags and belts.

• Stretching: Width and instep adjustments for tight pairs.
• Same-week service: Express queue when bench space allows.
• Each offering includes a short brief on materials, timing, and what success looks like for a first session.

Custom requests are quoted after we see photos or an in-person sample so estimates stay accurate. Contact shop@this site if you need help choosing between two neighbouring service tracks.

• Most our services start with a short written brief at Studio and are answered in plain English during Mon–Fri 09:30–18:00. City regulars know the door note is current
